Customer satisfaction is important to me not only from a business perspective but also from a people perspective.  I believe in helping others.  I believe in a currency not so unlike our monetary one.  Karma is a word often used to describe this currency.  At any rate I enjoy the tasks of my day.  They change so often that each day brings new challenges and new people to help along their journey.
